"I contacted Vaun at Silver Lake Construction and he came out the next day in response to my request for deck repair. He evaluated the condition of the deck, which was only four years old and had some problems in its structure. He proposed fair and reasonable approaches to the repair including possible costs. He was thorough in explaining each plan of repair and we agreed upon the best plan. Work began two days later and once it began he discovered that a simpler approach would resolve the situation and the final cost was the less amount proposed in his three options. I appreciated that his focus was on doing what was right and that no job was too small.
